⚠️ Double-Blind Review Policy
The evaluation process follows a double-blind review scheme. Do not add any information such as name, email, or affiliations to the submitted paper. You can add them later after your paper is accepted.
📝 Preparation & Format
- All papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
- Topic must be within ICISS 2026 scope.
- Must be written in English.
- Length: 4 – 6 pages (Max 10 pages with extra fee).
- Structure: Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion.
- Remove all guidance text from the template.
- Format: Strict IEEE Template. The committee reserves the right not to accept and not to proceed with any papers that do not meet this template.

🎤 Presentation & Pubs
- Mandatory Presentation: Offline & Online required for publication.
- One Presenter per paper (no taking turns).
- Presenters who are unable to attend can play a pre-prepared presentation video, but there must be at least one author available for the Q&A session.
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements and submitted for indexing by Scopus.
- Final check using PDF eXpress is required.
