⚠️ Double-Blind Review Policy
The evaluation process follows a double-blind review scheme. Do not add any information such as name, email, or affiliations to the submitted paper. You can add them later after your paper is accepted.
📝 Preparation & Format
- All papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
- Topic must be within ICISS 2026 scope.
- Must be written in English.
- Format: Strict IEEE Template (A4 Size).
Download Word | Download Latex - Length: 4 – 6 pages (Max 10 pages with extra fee).
- Remove all guidance text from the template.
- Structure: Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion.
🎤 Presentation & Pubs
- Mandatory Presentation: Offline & Online required for publication.
- One Presenter per paper (no taking turns).
- Video presentation allowed for absentees (Q&A mandatory).
- Publication: IEEE Xplore & indexed by Scopus.
- Final check using PDF eXpress is required.
Registration Fees
Note: Additional fee applies for papers > 6 pages ($15 or Rp200k/page). Payment is non-refundable.
