⚠️ Double-Blind Review Policy
The evaluation process follows a double-blind review scheme. Do not add any information such as name, email, or affiliations to the submitted paper. You can add them later after your paper is accepted.
📝 Preparation & Format
- All papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
- Topic must be within ICISS 2026 scope.
- Must be written in English.
- Length: 4 – 6 pages (Max 10 pages with extra fee).
- Structure: Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion.
- Remove all guidance text from the template.
- Format: Strict IEEE Template. The committee reserves the right not to accept and not to proceed with any papers that do not meet this template.

🎤 Presentation & Pubs
- Mandatory Presentation: Offline & Online required for publication.
- One Presenter per paper (no taking turns).
- Presenters who are unable to attend can play a pre-prepared presentation video, but there must be at least one author available for the Q&A session.
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements and submitted for indexing by Scopus.
- Final check using PDF eXpress is required.
🛠️ PDF eXpress Guidance
The final paper file must meet IEEE’s PDF formatting requirements. Hence, the authors’ final paper must be checked using PDF eXpress before submitting the final version to EasyChair. Visit PDF eXpress Page and follow the steps below:
Creating your PDF eXpress AccountLog in to the IEEE PDF eXpress. First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users. Click Here link.
- Enter the following:
- 71466X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Note: Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
